28/05 Baking, Woods & Wallace

Today we baked Condensed Milk Biscuits – they are pretty cheap, easy, make loads and you can add whatever you like for a bit of variation.  We made some with little Smarties, Milo and Salted Caramel Hot chocolate.

After baking we went for a bike ride to look for the grave of Alfred Russel Wallace, in Broadstone cemetery. It has a fossilised tree trunk on it.   He was a naturalist who worked on Natural Selection, although Darwin got most of the credit for this. Take a look at the video below.

We then rode to Delph Woods and played on the rope swing.
